Now for the Worst Part of this Job: Attending funerals of our deceased members. Yes, being a member of the greatest fraternity of Freemasons, we are taught that life does not end with death, but continues on the path of light, however, when we lose as many members as we have in the past month, it takes it toll.
I attended the funeral for a good friend who was an active member of my Masonic Lodge and the Shrine for many years.
The rest of the day I spent with Carrie and was very happy to be home for a change.
