It's the wife, reporting from the sidelines! Michael has allowed me to "guest blog"-- I hope that privilege isn't revoked!

I agree with Michael, the question I'm most asked (besides "Are you ready for this??") is how do you do it? That's simple-- we lean on each other & pick the out the "MOST" important things to get done every single day.

Things are running like normal here-- the house is a bit of a wreck, there is laundry to be done, I have had the majority of my conversations with Michael on the phone or via email. It makes me wonder how previous First Ladies communicated with their husbands in the pre-cell phone & email days. We could go days without talking if it were not for modern technology!

Hopefully, this blog will give a window to the life of a 30-something couple trying to balance work, the Shrine, family, friends, life, love, & happiness.

Before I go, I just wanted to thank everyone who came out in support of the Shrine and the new Board of Directors on Sunday! We were touched by each and everyone who attended!
